Right of Withdrawal Exception for Custom-Made Products
WeaStamp products are custom-made per order using the logo and/or text you upload. Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer's specifications or personal needs. For this reason, once your design has been approved and sent to production, cancellations or returns based on a simple change of mind are not accepted.
Order Cancellation (Before Production Begins)
If your payment has been confirmed but production has not yet started, you may request cancellation of your order and a refund by contacting us using the details below.
Defective or Incorrect Products
The custom-production exception does not apply to products delivered defective or faulty. We will remake your product free of charge or refund it in the following cases:
- A production error in the stamp's print area (print that doesn't match your design)
- Delivery damaged in shipping
- Wrong size or ink color shipped
