Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
Seller: AB-KA DIŞ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ — Armağanevler Mh. Dere Sk. No:33A, Istanbul, Türkiye — +90 541 321 78 18
Buyer: The customer who provides their full name, address, and contact details when placing an order.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties relating to the sale and delivery of fixed and rotary self-inking stamp products, custom-made with the buyer's own logo and/or text, ordered electronically by the buyer through our website.
3. Product and Price Information
The product type, size, ink color, quantity, and total sale price (including VAT) are clearly shown to the buyer on the cart and checkout pages before order confirmation.
4. Payment Method
Payment is made by bank transfer (EFT) to the bank account shown at order confirmation. The order number must be written in the payment description so the payment can be matched to the order. The order is sent to production once the payment has been confirmed by the seller.
5. Delivery
The order is produced and handed over to the carrier within a reasonable time following payment confirmation. Tracking information is shared with the buyer once available.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for products custom-made according to the buyer's specifications or personal needs (logo/text). If a product is delivered defective, this is not covered by the withdrawal exception; see the Cancellation & Return Terms page for details.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the consumer arbitration committees, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, or to the consumer courts for disputes exceeding those limits.
